A bomb explosion has occurred at Kasuwan Kuturu market in Mubi area of Adamawa State. When contacted by journalist, the Commissioner of Police in Adamawa State,
John Abakasanga, confirmed the explosion, said an explosion at Kasuwan Kuturu (market) in Mubi was targeted at police patrol team.
However as at the time of drafting this report, the casualty figure from the blast is still.
Adamawa is one of the three states under emergency rule due to the activities of the Boko Haram insurgents, who have carried out several attacks in villages, schools and churches in the northeast.
