French and former Arsenal striker Thierry Henry announced Tuesday he was retiring from professional football after two decades in the game to become a TV analyst.
“After 20 years in the game I have decided to retire from professional football,” Henry said in a statement on his Facebook page.
Henry’s last team was New York Red Bulls. The former French striker, who also played for Barcelona had on 1 December announced his retirement from New York Red Bulls.
